While our own Anita Lee was on earlier in the week - Inspiration in Close Quarters - generating a whole bunch of emails and a reporter's inquiry, Patrick is ready ahead of time.

He's sent out an email, bought wine and "nibbly bits" for the guests, and cleaned up (though he says it's not that neat and he has to keep the lights low).
