St. Patrick's Party: Decor, Menu & Music

Apartment Therapy's Perfect Parties Ideas Guide

Although St. Patrick's Day falls on a Monday, you can still celebrate the weekend before. I am planning on hosting a cozy Sunday night dinner to celebrate the Irish and my favorite color, green. Small touches of green, hearty food, and lively music are all you need to celebrate Ireland's national holiday.

THE MENU:

St. Patrick's Day is a great excuse to cook up a winter feast one last time before spring hits. From Irish beef stew to potatoes and Irish soda bread, these dishes will also help soak up the heavy quantities of Guinness and Bailey's typically consumed on March 17th. Finish off the night with a dash of Irish coffee and a slice of Chocolate Guinness cake.
