Recently, artist Tom Fruin installed a watertower made of plexiglas salvaged from various New York building sites on a rooftop in DUMBO. Maintaining the proportions of the city's 10,000 old watertowers, the work is even visible from lower Manhattan. The exhibition opens on Thursday.
