Married To Design: Nate & Jeremiah debuts this fall on TLC, and will follow the family in their home as they help people turn their money pits into dream homes.

Parenthood fans will want to tune in as Monica Potter joins her sisters in Cleveland, Ohio to restore their childhood home, which hasn't changed for 30 years. The sisters and their mom go through old mementos and memories, so we're anticipating some Parenthood-esque tears.
