In the newest addition to The Selby, we get a peek into the stylish apartment of Stefano Tonchi — the editor of T: The New York Times Style Magazine. A former creative director at J.Crew and a long time devotee to magazines, Stefano's apartment shows a style editor's skilled touch with the perfect mix of classicism and eclecticism (and a ton of books!)...
When asked "What do you love about furniture?" in the hand-scrawled notes on The Selby, Stefano answers "It does not change — you move it!"
Check out all the notes and over 3 dozen pictures of the aparment and it's contents on The Selby.

Can't go wrong with Mollino, Jacobsen, & Ponti.
What is this couch? I love it?
guerilla good eye I knew those Ponti chairs looked familiar could not recall.
That sofa! It's gorgeous.
Love those yellowish walls behind the sofa...anyone have any ideas what color that may be?
I love chaotic bookshelves and I dont know why.
That glass crate. Where do I get that!
Is the glass crate perhaps an aquarium?

I threw the image into kuler (kuler.adobe.com) and came up with a 16-bit hex-code in the range of "#F2D888". The RGB color code was 242/216/136.

Of course, that's dependent on where in the image you sample (the shadow behind the couch would be a much darker version -- and a pleasant one at that) but if you take those numbers down to a paint mixer they might be able to help you out a bit.
