Design: Apoc Desk/Floor Lamp
Materials: Red Oak/Black Walnut
Pitch: "Apoc stands for apocalypse. When the world ends, fancy lamps will be of little use and more primal needs like warmth and food will take precedence. This desk lamp can be deconstructed and turned into a small kindling fire at a moments notice. Just large enough to cook a rat."
"The Apoc lamp is created from very simple raw materials. It is sold in a small tube and assembled by the purchaser by simply fitting the notched parts together. The warm-white LEDs are diffused by a strip of etched lexan that fits flush within the lamp head. Zero tools are required. To further this idea of the kit, I would like to eventually have the parts made with some variation in wood type and finish. I'd like to have the parts available in bulk so that one could select each piece to match the rest or create a custom conglomeration of parts in different wood species. The Apoc lamps are available in the desk and floor versions."

Nice looking lamp.
Nice looking dude.
I want one of these floor lamps. How much?
Amazing lamp! I hope they are readily available soon.
Love the look of it, as though falling sticks were frozen in time. I think it would a bit sleeker if the cord exited at the base of the most vertical (the second longest) stick, however.
A real conversation starter, i like it alot.
how to order
Love the clean lines and simplicity. Makes life a little bit easier! We need a few in our studio!
