The Storage Daybed uses a twin mattress and a daybed mattress cover is an additional option.
For now, the Storage Daybed is only available in West Elm's signature "chocolate" finish. This was also the case for their popular Storage Bed which is now also available in white.

could have used this 10 years ago, now I prefer that new daybed at CB2
West Elm used to offer some ineresting furniture and linens. Everything is looking so similar it is hard to distinguish the new offerings from the old.
Phillip - I could see it working but only if all your guests wouldn't mind sleeping within site of the others.
This could almost be workable as a DIY project. everything appears to be right angles.
i purchased a daybed from charlesprogers thats only 33 inches wide with fitted bedding from ballard.com. I wanted the look and feel of a sofa but needed to use it as a bed for guest in my tiny condo.
