With the holidays behind us, many have stored away their wrapping paper stock until the next wedding, birthday or baby shower arises. Want to keep things a little neater? Try using a basic bathroom staple to keep things in check.

I've never been a big fan of those plastic lidded wrapping paper containers. You know the ones, they look like trashcans with flip top lids. They're great if you really need 20 rolls of paper on hand, but I've never felt the need for such a collection.
Instead, I usually have a few rolls tucked behind the clothes in my closet or even under the bed. It works out ok, but the cut edge usually sees a little tearing or damage along the way. Nothing major, but this quick recycled toilet paper tube idea from Joy Astle will make sure things stay together without and rips at all. Have longer rolls? Try using two, one at each end for extra strength!
What method do you use to keep your wrapping paper in storage? Pillow cases? Tossed in a closet? Do you buy for every occasion? Let us know in the comments below!

Genius!
Love it! Thanks for the great idea.
Awesome idea.
I use a rubber band.
I like this idea. Right now, I'm keeping our rolls of gift wrap in a giant camping backpack and it works pretty well.
this is a great idea, but not very pretty. might have to paint them?
So smart!
This is one of those things you pinch yourself for not thinking of.
