You may be familiar with Re-Surface Designs from their graffiti lamps by Donna Brady. Brady has just come out with a new lamp design, using stacked, reclaimed wood for the base and a photographic print shade.

These are a bit more abstract than the earlier graffiti lamps, making them more accessible and versatile. On the other hand, the stacked plywood base evokes a more industrial, urban feel than the graffiti lamp's turned base. The result is lighting that makes a similar statement with more subtlety than its predecessor.

Besides the lamp, we're loving the room in the above photo!

Hmm, I definitely dislike these less than I did the previous graf lamps. The bases are quite beautiful, and the shades are much more subtle than in previous iterations.
