Jess Regelson's Bird Mosaic at kreatelier
We first noticed the work of Jess Regelson of Indigo Moon Mosaics when we saw her sweet bird mosaic at Providence's kreatelier and we decided to visit her studio to get a peek at how she creates her colorful pieces.
In addition to her artwork and furniture, Regelson designs custom tile installations for backsplashes and bathrooms and creates maps from broken souvenir plates. She also teaches a workshop in her studio where participants design maps of their childhoods and mosaic classes at kreatelier. i love apartmenttherapy, its my new addiction. And being an artist myself its great to see how other artists set up their studio. And i am reinventing my 100 yr old house now, with painting and redecorating and decluttering, and apartment therapy is the only thing stopping me from falling in a complete exhausted heap

just bought the three trees/birds mosaics made by Jess Regelson. I just LOVE the design and the way the colors are used. Now I can look at this work everyday, it makes me happy!
