A recent study on real estate agents and the correlation between their appearance and sales has mixed results. One one hand, more attractive agents on average garnered higher sale prices, but their less beautiful counterparts sold properties quicker and more often. To fully benefit from the hotness boost, higher a pretty listing agent (the effect is double that of a hot buyer's agent).

you needed a study for this? Attractive people sell everything at higher prices!
Higher... or hire?
really...is it a surprise...lol
Someone should have spell checked that......there are several mistakes. Good article other wise.
Maybe this is true, but when I bought my condo, I never even MET the listing agent. All the negotiating was done over the phone, and I don't really think this is unusual.
Perhaps that's why, when you buy with a realtor, they do the running back and forth for you - so you will not be unduly influenced by the listing agent's hotness.
Would you like to higher me as an editor?
Well, duh!!!
