Such a timely post - I was just looking at some pinstriped wool suiting fabric and thinking that they'd make great draperies when it comes time to redo them in my bedroom...
Maybe for an office...I don't think I could relax in a room with pinstripes. Great idea for a post, though, and I'm sure people who like gray more than I do will love it.
Check out Thomas O'Brien for Target's Menswear line of duvets and bedsheets!

^^^ damn! Did Thomas O'Brien knocked off my Ralph Lauren "Metropolitan Place" bedding? http://www1.macys.com/catalog/product/index.ognc?ID=215437&CategoryID=11399
I love my Glen Plaid and Chalkstripe flannel bedding (both from Garnet Hill).

I think Pottery Barn actually had some pinstripe draperies (brown and charcoal versions) not too long ago.

You're so right - There was a matching headboard too as I recall. However my preference is for a blue pinstripe...
...and when I replace these unlined velvet draperies, the next ones will be lined so that they will last longer and fade less.
A bonus for suiting fabric is that it generally comes in widths of 60" as opposed to 54" of standard drapery/upholstery fabric - so greater coverage can be had per panel-width.
