Summer Fun: Make a Water Blob

Clumsy Crafter

Water play is one of the staples of summertime fun, but most of us have tried all the ideas out there. So we were surprised and excited to find a new project that's easy to do and provides unique water play for the kiddos this season.

Bobbie Byrd from Clumsy Crafter executed this idea in her own backyard. With nothing more than some plastic sheeting and duct tape, you can create a sort of outdoor water bed that the kids can slide on, roll on, and even turn into a cushioned slip and slide. Bobbie also suggests adding small props inside for added fun, like glitter, little fish toys, or whatever your kids can come up with.
