Gillian writes on her Web site, "Since it's spring there are no end of little flowers and plants to make sun prints but I had been toying with the thought of making silhouettes and the idea of using the sun print paper to do them popped into my head when I saw the paper sitting there on the shelf."
Gillian took a photo of her kids' profile, and printed them on heavy paper. After cutting them out, she applied them to the paper and voilĂ -- instant sun print silhouette.
