I love the sounds of chirping birds when I go outdoors… even though it's still chilly outside, the birds are telling us it's only a matter of time before the world warms up again! If you're in the market for a new lunchbox for your little one, here are a few cheerful birdie bags to help herald the start of spring.

I got my daughter one from Frecklebox for her first year at school and 2 years later it's holding up really well (and it takes a lot of abuse). I especially love the chalkboard on the inside where I can write her little notes for her day.
Avoid the tin boxes, super cute but not so practical or safe. My daughter was running carrying hers and fell over and cut her lip on it. Still has a scar across her mouth two years on.
Put a bird on it!
it figures that the one I liked the most (from Apartment 48), would be expensive. 38$ for a lunchbag? Really?
We love how the skip hop bag can clip on to the stroller when we are out and about for lunch.
We don't have the owl one, but we love our Skip Hop lunchbag too. Easy to clean, love the clip feature, nice size for a toddler/preschooler, and great price tag. $20+ for a lunchbag? For a kid that will destroy and outgrow the thing in less than a minute? Just... no. We have a Crocodile Creek one too (don't know if any feature birds) but we love it just as much.
Those skip hop lunch bags actually Re quite durable. The crocodile creek is a bigger size but not participular durable.
