How about a no TV option? Not quite the same as the last option.
until march 31, 2008, every household is eligible to receive two $40-off coupons to use toward hooking up an analog tv not using cable or satellite (or another pay service) to an antenna. there's more information about the coupon program at: http://www.ntia.doc.gov/dtvcoupon/ ... and you can apply for one at: https://www.dtv2009.gov/ApplyCoupon.aspx
I went along with the last option, even though I'm TV-less.
