I had several conversations last week about artisan-quality, handmade goods being underpriced. My opinion: artists and crafters are underselling themselves by competing with mass-produced product. After all, they add value in ways that mass-producers just can't. We've chatted-up the benefits of buying handmade before, but we've never asked your opinion. What do you value?
*Assume all products attributes are the same, except the handmade item's uniqueness.
