The most popular room in your place has to be the bathroom. Once your toddler is toilet-trained and begins using the bathroom on a daily basis, your available space suddenly becomes much smaller.

Yep. We have a bathroom that looks like a Mickey Mouse shrine! I put it together (and like it to much to change it) some years ago when we got back from our first trip to Disney as a "whole" family when we adopted our daughter, then 4 and a half. (Birth son only a year older, but we planned on two kids: hence the "whole".) It has lots of Mickey, but when you put bright red, bright yellow black and some white together, you think Mickey even if you don't put the character there. It still sports pictures of the kids I blew up from the trip. It's getting somewhat raggedy after nine years of this family, but we still like it too much to change it. Good think they keep the Mickey products coming on Ebay. Those shower curtains HAVE TO be replaced.
Hmm, ours is kind of a mix between 2 answers. Our bathroom is a tad theme-y (think Disneyland's Enchanted Tiki Room) but it's not too overwhelming. It is mostly adult-ish but we do have a small bin for Travis' bath toys and soap. He showers with us :]
