Survey: What Are Your Housing Plans for Inauguration Day?

The Washington Post offers advice to DC-area residents planning to profit from the many visitors who will need a place to stay around Inauguration Day (January 20). The Post offers tips for renting your place on Craigslist and reports that the average asking price for the 4 days leading up to Inauguration Day is $20,000! The Post article got us thinking about how people will use their homes for profit or partying on Inauguration Day. We couldn't imagine NOT wanting to be around for the festivities because the streets in our neighborhood were filled with parties all-night on Election Night (click here to see some fantastic footage on yootube).
