Greg Smith designed his 2,200 square-foot penthouse in downtown Seattle with one goal: to create a sustainable living space that did not advertise the fact.

While we see nothing wrong with being able to tell a space was designed green, an impression that would in fact heighten our pleasure in many spaces, it's an interesting premise for a luxury condo.

Hope the giant blob of dead coral in the bathroom is fake! Harvesting coral for decor (or for any other reason) is NOT sustainable in any way. I suppose if it was picked up at a second-hand store the damage is already none...but having it in one's home is still condoning the act of coral harvest.
