The Herman-Miller licensed reproduction Nelson chair is $379 at Design Within Reach while IKEA's JAKOB chair is $139. The IKEA chair features a removable padded cushion. It is difficult to tell from the image (and even the product description), but we believe a stretchy fabric is wrapped around the JAKOB's frame.
They are close enough in price that we would definitely go for the Nelson if making a purchase. Which would you choose?
