Table Top Fireplace

Something about this makes us smile. The LACMA gift shop has a cool centerpiece that brings the concept of the hearth right to the table. Designed by Carl Mertens, this fireplace ($320) is composed of two stainless steel oil lamp "logs" anchored to a 10" x 14" slate base.
