The birds eye maple is especially breathtaking. Buy it direct from Contexture. It's $68 CAN—that's around $65 US these days. Expensive for a coffee cup jacket? Yes. But not so bad for jewelry.
And yes, a reusable mug would be a greener choice, but would it be as beautiful?

i think you're really on point in stating that a reusable mug would be greener. this is just another product. buy buy buy.
Wood does not like heat and moisture. I just can't imagine that this would work well as a coffee cup jacket OR a bracelet.
They are stylish looking, though very expensive.
