Angie, maybe some round cork boards and orange paint?

Craft stores often sell unfinished wood circles to be painted as plaques - as soon as I saw that wall, I had to add it to my nursery style tray! Doing the circles in cork is inspired, Ariel!

With all the new wall treatment stuff out there, I'm surprised somebody hasn't made something you just stick on the wall and then paint.
