10.20.09 floors 3.jpgShay Alkalay and Yael Mer have created this installation, appropriately titled Wall to Wall, in an investigation of the connection between flooring and textiles. Using multi-tonal bright colors and a seemingly woven pattern, Alkalay and Mer have created a kind of hybrid between a traditional rug and the floor that it typically sits upon.
