@SherryBinNH, actually, I think the reason that it's US only is because there are different laws in each country regarding contests and giveaways, and it turns into a giant legal nightmare for companies who try to do them. It has come up every year that I've entered in the AT Holiday Giveaways, but unfortunately, it's just how it is.
