Téo Jasmin was founded by Angéline Bailly, a freelance designer, who was in search of better wall decoration. The Paris-based company now produces a large selection of stylish images digitally printed on armchairs, Louis XV chairs, sofas, Bergères, cushion covers, or canvas prints. The Paris rooftops pillow is on my wish list!
Cushions start at €38, chairs start at €607 and sofas are €2,732

Nomade Express Slee...
I wrote about the work of Téo Jasmin a few months ago, and I have to say that, although I love the idea behind these pieces and was initially quite attracted to them, they appeal to me less the more I look at the them. The pillows are cool, but the furniture pieces don't stand up to scrutiny, in my opinion. Still, it's an inspiring and original direction for photography!
i like the rubber soul pillow since it is more of an illustration. and the geisha chair is pretty cool. not really a fan of the other photos though. I'm sure it just depends on what image speaks to a person for their own tastes.
In the age of digital with the advancements especially in the last two years anybody can print anything on any material as long as you have a minimum 100 dpi at full output size.
fine for pillows but on furniture? most people would get really sick of them I'd think. Maybe for a showplace home if you already have 10 others and are never there.
I just reupholstered a chair like this but it doesn't look this good.
Not a fan of this for furniture. I think the novelty would wear off pretty quick.
Oh heck, even I am doing it. Pardon the shameless plug.

This reminds me of similar work. My friend designer Raymond Waites uses furniture like this upholstered with canvas and then hand paints it with acrylic paint in bold splashy abstracts. Kinda fun.

If I had a chair/sofa/pillow like any of these, I'd get sick of it in about ten minutes. No -- I take that back. Make it ten seconds. Once again, the old adage is apt: "Just because you CAN do something, doesn't mean you SHOULD."
