- What I Love About My Small Home:
- I love the high ceilings. The apartment has beautiful light throughout the day. But the thing I love the most is the neighborhood! Cobble Hill is very charming with its tree lined streets, great shops, and it is close to the subway.
- Biggest Challenge of Living in a Small Space
- The biggest challenge was lack of storage space. Also, I wanted to make sure that the place was comfortable. I wanted to have designated areas for eating, working, and sleeping. The living room is set up with a small table that is out of the way. There is a space saving desk for working, and the sofa opens up into a bed for guests. It is quite cozy!

Not only is this place friggen cute; but you have an Owl cookie jar from Anthropologie that costs about $75.00. I LOVE it! SO based on the cute factor, the NYC (my hometown) factor, and the owl you have my vote.
