The 15th Century Painting that Inspired a Furniture Line

Designer Mark Moskovitz broke out his sketchbook when he saw this painting in Berlin while visiting the Gemaldegalerie 7 years ago. Rediscovering the sketch and tracking down the Dieric Bouts work via Google Art Project, he created a furniture collection inspired by the modern lines of this table's legs.
