We love our iPad, but using it without a stand is not super fun. Since we are a practical thrifty bunch, (we did after all make our iPad sleeve out of an old sweater), we are always on the lookout for inexpensive iPad stand solutions. We spotted this one on Instructables and like the $0.69 iPad stand, it's another cheap and simple solution.
Instructables user Enero shows us how to create this simple and inexpensive iPad stand.
To make this project all you need is a 97¢ basic metal bookend from an office supply store and 6 half circle adhesive rubber feet from a hardware store. There are no tools needed for this project since the feet have an adhesive on the back.
While we are unsure if this is the most sturdy iPad stand solution, the price is pretty unbeatable. Check out the post on Instructables for easy-to-follow DIY instructions.
