so sad and funny..
I'm with priscilla on this one.
^This.
Plus "messy"!
all of the above. plus "useful".
you must be kidding me?
How do you wash it?
Broth would definitely get splashed on the phone during eating.
I can see Skyping and eating with a loved one... however, I think the problem is better served with a separate phone stand (which can then be used with food that doesn't come in a bowl).
I am definitely going with sad on this one. Must technology be everywhere?
I can see it now: a group of friends sitting together, all intent on the widdle itty bitty screen in front of them. And they think they are having a meal together.
Side note: notice on the Big Bang Theory, when OFG (our favorite geeks) are having a meal together, they are talking to each other (and I include snide comments, sarcasm and put downs, too). Learn from this techies of the world! :)
Is this anti or pro loneliness? seems like it would reinforce anti-social behavior. Makes me a little sad.
and they could so easily have incorporated a passive amplifier horn into the design
Gross. Both the fact that you're getting your phone all greasy from the broth-splash, and the inability to spend even five minutes without your eyes glued to the phone. Just, all around yuck.
Its hard enough to eat ramen without splashing my glasses, there is no chance I am putting a £400 phone near this.
What a sad Mac. :-(
