As we close up bathroom and kitchen month, maybe you're looking for some finishing touches in the bath and kitchen, maybe some art. If so, here's a roundup of fabulous ideas from this month and our archives, including: inexpensive Etsy prints, Flickr collages, toilet paper rolls and stretched canvas.
• 1 Affordable Art for the Bathroom sources lots of inexpensive prints on Etsy. (You don't want your nice photos in the bath, where they can wrinkle and warp!)
• 2 Download Art for the Bathroom or Kitchen shares some Flickr collages with us.
• 3 Look! Art Collections in the Bathroom encourages us to display collections of glassware, prints, etc.
• 4 Before & After: Lauren's Lovely Bathroom shows off a wall sculpture out of towel paper rolls.
• 5 Stretched Canvas for the Bathroom has inspired us to find something funky for our bathroom.

The Sailor's Delight works well in Maine cottages. Thanks, AT!
I, for one, love fun art in the bathroom. But am always wary about humidity. I was lucky enough to find this stretched canvas print for my bathroom on clearance!

Do you like particularized s### on your "art"? Then keep it out of the bathroom. Disgusting.
c'mon, m. if that's the case then shouldn't you be more worried about your toothbrush, towels, bathmat, and self than a couple canvas prints on the wall?!
Seriously. My toothbrush is on the sink next to the toilet. Not dead yet.
I read somewhere (Real Simple, maybe?) that you should be closing the lid of the toilet while flushing so that no 'particularized sh*t' ends up in your bathroom belongings (toothbrush and art included).
When decorating my bathroom, I was also concerned about the moisture, so I used a photocopier to make ok-quality prints of some old black and white photos I found in a book!
I framed them in inexpensive frames and hung 'em up. They've been in my bathroom for 2-3 years and are still in great shape. I really like the way they look and I get complimented on them often :)
