Chair lust seems to be as ubiquitous with lovers of good design as shoe lust is with most women. Great chairs are much like great shoes - they can both add that extra je ne sais quoi to any room or outfit. Like a classic pair of well made pumps, these Axel Chairs have beautiful lines, will never go out of style, and will make any space (or ensemble) look better.

According to Austrian designer Alexander Gufler:

The idea behind this chair is the result of the combination of traditional wood furniture construction methods with CNC milling technology. The back rest and the seat area are pre-steam bended and milled to the final shape. The Axel chair is stackable up to 5 chairs and made from solid european maple.
