Overstock.com has some great rugs. I have purchased two indoor rugs from them and have been pleased with the quality. One rug even came from a well-known designer vendor. I can only imagine that their outdoor rugs would be equally as good.
Gaiam has a few in its online shop, too -- very inexpensive ($89 for a 6'x9') and made of recycled soda bottles.
Use caution when buying an outdoor rug made of plastic. The one I purchased from Target (admittedly not a quality purchase) really improved the looks of my pockmarked patio, but it began to degrade in less than a year (much of that time stored inside)--leaving little shards of plastic that I'd rather not breathe in or have deposited in my lawn.
Next time, I'll invest in a much more durable rug.
I question your use of the term affordable when you are showing outdoor rugs that are priced up to $2200.
