One Kings Lane completely misrepresents itself as offering "discounted" prices.
Although I've been refunded my money on the two occassions that I found the original retailer selling the same produce for *much* less on the same day, the fact that OKL actually mark UP their products but represent them as being discounted is, in my opinion, disingenuous.
Case in point: I odered two 20" photographs, framed. Shortly after receiving my order from the source vendor, I logged onto their site to look at other products. I found my two items for $75 less, each, than I paid. I was refunded the difference. Then I measured my photos and realized that I'd received 14" prints, not 20" prints. The sales page specifically stated, "20 inch framed print, finished size about 28." I got a song and dance about it, was offered a complete refund, etc. etc.
My problem with them is honesty in advertising. I know, you're thinking, "seriously? you expect honesty? in advertising? hello?"

oops! listed Foundry again.
I've had very positive experiences with the foundary, and its parent site, hayneedle. They do have good customer service.
Ditto on the recommendations for The Foundary. They frequently have interesting stuff.
But I usually make a point of googling whatever I'm interested in from any of these sites, because sometimes their discounted prices are not quite the deals they appear to be.
