The Butterfly Room

The Butterfly Room

While some think that taxidermy has been done to death, we think that this is a unique example of how taxidermy can have a new and impressive effect. The Butterfly Room is part of Singapore House in Adelaide, Australia and is one of the more interesting things we've seen in The City of Churches.

A wall covered almost from head to toe in framed single and paired butterflies would make even the most boring of dinner parties interesting. With over 600 specimens of butterflies hanging on the wall The Butterfly Room certainly lives up to it's name. For more info visit the Singapore House website here.
