The sixth week is almost done. Only two weeks to go.
Quote of the Week from Serpah:
"Ever since buying the book, I've been going on a binge of getting rid of stuff (I'm a warm person). Both my parents were huge packrats. Generally, my tendency is to collect things up to a point, then get rid of things in a bang. The book plus the contest have really inspired me (and kicked my ass) into making my dining room..."
While you are hip deep in the bathroom or pulling on your painting clothes this weekend, I will be wishing you my very best. I know that the Cure is a challenge, but if it is going to really change your home and your habits, it has to be.
To spread a little light, I wanted to share with you one of my favorite lamps: The Orly Lamp
. It is a faux mercury glass lamp with a terrific shape, a good price tag ($189) and a style that can esily fit into both contemporary or a traditional room. You can see it front and center in the pretty pick up top.
This weekend should be far nicer than last weekend, so be sure to get outside in between Curing bouts. Enjoy.
