I recognise your fold-out suitcase table! Scores of these ( albeit smaller ) were used during WWII by field staff and journalists, the inside held a typewriter, papers, etc.. The larger one shown was meant for use by 'officials' in the aftermath of an atomic war. I suppose that they needed a larger one as obviously the amount of paperwork required by a post-apocalyptic bureaucracy would be prodigious.

I'm in Seattle and am surprised this industrial chair didn't make the cut; I'd get it if I wasn't trying to declutter my place but I guess I'll pass it along!
