Vivian had a great post about modifying your iPhone with a DIY brushed metal back, sourced from an OEM vendor. It looks like someone in Hong Kong wanted something to customize their iPhone 4 in an even more unusual fashion. Check out this transparent glass panel mod which you can do yourself (if you dare ruining your phone).
The modification was apparently created by removing the front glass panels and stripping the black paint coating with paint thinner. It appears "wkmarken" also used this technique to then create his own white iPhone with a custom paint job within. Add "crazy-brave iPhone modder" to the list of Type of iPhone Owners.

Nice! Then just slap a clear case on it (because some of us live in the real world, with concrete and small children and all) and I'd be good to go!
:D I Love the sentence : "because some of us live in the real world, with concrete and small children and all"
That's totally true ... When you see pictures that are "too" nice, somethimes you just want to say : WTF ? man i do have papers on my desk, or WTF ? I do have stuff in my kitchen and it doesn't look like this picture ...
So even if it looks nice here, i doubt someone can use that case without changing it every week ...
Just to clear it up for you guys, this is not a "case". It's the iPhone 4 as it comes out of the box but with the tint paint removed. Remember that both the front and back of the iPhone 4 is glass which is what you are seeing in these pictures.
