Twilight has got to be the worst book of all time.
Feh.
LOL I like twilight, but all of the merchandizing for it is dizzying.
Stop the insanity.
This fills me with a profound sadness. Like the look on Robert Pattinson's pillow face.
Ugh. The book is amusing at best. The movie is hellacious. Who wants MORE of it besides 12 year olds?
Oh god, a lot of teen girls will learn how to kiss with that particular pillowcase.
The hysteria over Twilight along with Robert Pattinsons idiotic looking hair has gotten to the nauseating point. Enough! Please!
Does anyone else find the felt Edward as hilarious as I do? I thought it was a voodoo doll at first.
What happened to just hanging a poster of your dream boat of the year.
Can we move past this obsession w/ celebrities please?
creepy
Seems like there are some copyright infringements here...
He will look like Joaquin Phoenix in a few years. I can forgive tween and teen girls for their obsession, but all the 30 and 40 years olds gushing about him? Ladies, please grow up. It's unseemly. Sheesh.
this has got to stop
i find it hilarious, but still... thirty years from now Rob Pattinson will be pulling a Mick Jagger looking back on this "I didn't want to be a stripper..."
Horrible crap tied in to the worst book I've ever attempted to read. Sorry.
The book was the most glorious representation of an emotionally manipulative, super unhealthy relationship EVER. And the movie, paraphanelia, etc. is just telling tweens that this is what they're supposed to want.
No wonder the divorce rate is so high.
... and his hair is terrible.
He's so dreamy.
Ugh, this is mass marketing at its worst!
Is this a serious post? Honestly, this is embarrassing for AT.
this is hilarious...reminds me of a coworker in the early 90s who had a chair pad with George Michael's face on it, so she could...well, you know...
Hey, the author's a mormon--and you know they don't advocate divorce--just delayed (maybe forever) gratification.
suzy8track - it isn't mass marketing. it's custom stuff from etsy shops. none of it is licensed or planned by the trademark owners.
let's have a sense of humor people. it's an AT centric excuse to bash the series, imho. enjoy or ignore.
i can't believe the number of good actors who were hired into the movie franchise. tragically led by kristen stewart who sucked unholy. frankly so did pattinson.
Oh c'mon folks . . . we all had silly crushes/puppy-love type stuff when we were young. So we're all grown up now and we can see how ridiculous it is. But so what! Most people had Elvis merchandise, or John Travolta, or the Beatles or some other movie character poster/blanket/clock/folder/pillowcase/ you name it!
And I don't know about you all, but doesn't this entire post strike you as tounge-in-cheek!?! :) C'mon . . have a laugh.
The Twilight phenomonon is one of the funniest things I've ever seen. I still have a place in my heart for Gilbert Blythe, so I forgive the teenage girls the insanity.
The 30-somethings have no excuse.
Besides...Robert Pattinson was much hotter as Cedric Diggory. Less greasy.
There seem to be a band of very serious, very small naked men on that clock.
seems
C'mon...the guy is dreamy. Im not ashamed to say i loved the movie and im a thirtysomething. Have a little fun people! jeez.
Personally, I would like to see more Jacob-related home furnishing posts!
TEAM JACOB
katzamboni, me too! I liked him way better as upbeat and outgoing Cedric. The brooding, tortured soul, nobody understands my pain Edward is really too whiny and depressing.
Kate78 is correct. Copyright rules apply to everything, not just mass marketing.
i know they apply, but i don't believe any of those people actually got permission to use those images.
miajaffe - you loved the movie..? i've not seen worse. it was very funny, but that wasn't by design. seriously, what did you love? i couldn't find the smallest seedling in it. the books do have a seedling.
Um, copyrights?
wow, yeah, that just highlights the worst of etsy & the blatant stealing that goes on there. Sad.
Amusing book, repulsive movie. My husband still is mad at me for renting it. Then again, I'm mad at myself..it was so awful
wow thats creepy... i would finish this comment with a well deserved remark but i'm in the middle of vomiting.
I thought the movie was one of the most (unintentionally) hillarious movies I've seen in a long time. My husband thought so too.
That pillowcase is sad. Did they just print out a picture of the actor, iron it on the pillow, and then charge $15 for it?
