We love a good entryway makeover, and this one is truly fantastic! The space goes from basic to bright and whimsical!

From Joanne: We set about transforming a dull and sad front hall into a fresh and fun space. It was a weekend project painting and upcycling items to save money but not compromise on style.

We repainted the door and light fixture and transformed a charity shop stool into a mid-century modern plant stand.

The color palette was fresh and vibrant, and gold polka dot wall decals transformed the space, creating a fresh and modern space that makes it hard to go to work.

Thanks, Joanne! You can see more on Joanne's blog Kyle Lane.
