There are some products you just never forget reading about. For us, the Grilliput is one of them. We first saw it slinked last summer on AT:NY and then again last month on AT:LA. But just last night, we came across it in the latest issue of Via and this time, with information on how to easily purchase it in the U.S.
The device stands about six inches high and weighs barely over a pound. When not in use, the components can be stored within one of the stainless steel tubes. So you've basically got a grill that, when disassembled, is less than a foot in length and less than an inch in diameter. How cool is that?
You can pick up a Grilliput for around $30 at REI or Campmor. Both stores also carry the compact firebowl (about $13) to place underneath the Grilliput.
