Home design has been taking cues from hotel design for years. But only recently have we seen technology incorporated into the mix....

The brand spankin' new high-tech Vue lounge at the Ritz-Carlton hotel in Naples, Florida is definitely something to inspire.

Vue stands for virtual user experience and features tons of gadget goodies to keep guests entertained—and they do it all while keeping a cool, modern vibe. You've never seen a hotel computer room like this.

Nintendo Wii, Microsoft Xbox 360 and Sony Playstation 3 consoles are hooked up to 40" Samsung LCD TVs and stocked with all your favorite games. If gaming's not your thing, chill out in front of your own personal 19" flat screen and pop in a DVD or connect your iPod and jam out to some tunes.

If you're feeling social, hang out with some friends in the mail lounge watching Blu-ray on an enormous 63" LCD TV (all controlled with a remote touch pad).

But if all you really need to do in your hotel lounge is work, head over to the Mac station. You'll find six iMacs with bar stools surrounding a column-shaped light fixture.

All this stuff is jam-packed into the black-white-and-green lounge and accented with modern furniture and eco-friendly bamboo floors, proving that great-looking tech doesn't need to be hidden away to have a great-looking room.
