I love this! This is so cool to me. As child I always wanted a Polariod Cam but never had one. I love this. I think this would be a nice gift for someone who loves cameras and social media! I may have to buy this one:)

Creativenene, you can easily get a vintage polaroid for cheap plus they've started to produce new film after discontinuing production in 2009 (http://www.the-impossible-project.com/). Though the new films are not cheap by any means, I'm sure they'll be cheaper than the instagram camera and its paper cartrige. Instant gratification!

I hate posts like this... Maybe I'm old fashioned, but has anyone ever heard of a holga or polaroid? This is pretty much the same thing but merged... Instagram is the instant gratification of "Hey, I took a cool picture and I'm going to make it look weird by adding in a filter, and in turn, everyone's pictures end up looking exactly the same" with holga, you take a picture and have no idea what it's going to look like. It's a total surprise every time you get film! Makes for some excitement. And hello, like any of us have never seen a camera that just shoots out a picture...
Call me a total "nay-sayer" because I know I'm not in the majority. I'm just not impressed, It's basically already been done.
LAFFERTEEZY,I have and Holga and a Diana Mini and I take nice and unpredictable photos but I also think that this Instagram camera is so cool.
Good to know that Polaroid is making film again, I have an old camera that I'd like to use again.
Dragynphyre, if you have a land camera, Fuji has film that fits these (it's the type you peel apart). Any other type of Polaroid, Impossible Project sells.
