The Kpod 117-Square-Foot Prefab from KitHAUS

California-based prefab company KitHAUS has introduced a 117-square-foot house called the Kpod. Ideal as a backyard studio or shed, the Kpod features aluminum framing, SIPs, dual-glazed windows, cement board siding, and either a wood or steel clad sliding barn door.

The Kpod starts at $20,000, but that doesn't include the optional solar power and HVAC system.
