If you have ever looked at the newest "it" chair and thought, "While I don't need a shedding chair, I can appreciate the effort it must have taken to get a yeti and a chair to procreate," you are not alone. Joy and Janet of the mogg blogg think "the decorating world is taking itself waaaay to seriously" and it's time that someone said something.
Created to "tackle 'fugly' design and home decor on a daily basis," no one is safe from the no holds barred approach of the mogg blogg. With their victims ranging from Jonathan Adler to Domino to yes, Apartment Therapy, they aren't afraid to tell you that a design you thought was hot is most definitely not. The duo is like those friends who are not too timid to declare that your jeans do indeed make your butt look big, but these girls aim to save interior decorating rather than your wardrobe.
Check out Janet and Joy's brilliantly snarky commentary over at the mogg blogg.

that site is really funny. You should check it out bruce.
Sadly, they think a lot of forward-thinking design is nothing but crap.
The whole world can't be an Anthropologie catalog.
Thank God.
The mogget girls also have a tendency to take posts from one or two other blogs over and over and over again, their sourcing needs some work.
I don't care if they don't like what I post on my blog, and I don't care if they write about it, but every day? Seriously.
way "TOO" seriously.
And please delete the spam posts...they're everywhere today!
Meh. Fug Girls they are not.
Wow - why so serious in the comments? Geez, lighten up! This is a funny blog!
Agreed with BeverlyG! Their blog is just plain lighthearted fun. Something to put a little smile on your face whenever you visit. Almost like an interior design comic strip. It just pokes fun at things.
Can we please block gowithwind888? LAME!
Where can I get a Troll chair? It's excellent :D
As long as it isn't itchy, I would LOVE to have The Troll Chair to nap in!
I agree with the lighthearted fun comments. I check out moggit from time to time and almost always leave with a smile on my face.
I could take one hell of a catnap on that tiger chair!
These girls are hilarious, lets face it, forward-thinking design is practically asking to be made fun of and The Moggit Girls are just doing thier job by delivering.
