Wireless keyboards, mice and headphones all solve the problem of a wire-infested space. But for those of us still encumbered by our devices' wires, we recommend these affordable cable clips to keep those suckers neat and in place. Although cable clips come in multiple shapes and sizes, we personally prefer the multipurpose Cabledrop-shaped clips mainly because, well, they serve multi-purposes around the office.
Here are a few other ways we've put ">our cable clips to use:
Necklace hanger: I tend to hang my jewelry all over the place, but there is that one necklace that I wear and care about more than the rest. I find that the cable clip is a nice holder for that one necklace. It hangs off the wall and I always know where to find it.
Penholder: How many times have you needed to quickly jot information down, only to realize there isn't a pen or pencil in sight? It happens to me a lot, so I decided to mount a pen on my bookshelf with a cable clip. Now my pen hunting problems are solved (I just have to remember to put it back).
Picture clip: Because the cable clip is meant to stick on surfaces, it also works as a sturdy picture holder. For spaces like small desks or nightstands, a cable clip serves nicely has a space conscious photo or card holder.
