Alright, we normally pass over PR releases, but this one caught our eye because this particular sofa was created specifically inspired by the physical attributes of one famous Hollywood star. Gander a guess?
The Muse sofa by Pal + Smith was supposedly inspired by voluptuous curves of Ms. Johansson, specifically a 2004 Vogue magazine picture of her reprinted in the book New York Fashion: "The curve of Scarlett's waist inspired the curve in the sofa, and her look offers a modern take on old Hollywood glamour. Pal + Smith's Muse aims for the same level of glamour with stylistic references to the Art Déco period and Coco Chanel. It is finely tailored, with button tufting creating pleats all around the curvaceous cushion. Setting the base of the sofa on risers gives the appearance that the Muse is floating."
We wonder of Scarlett has one of these sofas in her home, though the idea of sitting on yourself seems awkward.

Somehow, I IMMEDIATELY thought of Scarlett Johansson . . . and I don't think it was just the cut out picture.
the idea of sitting on yourself seems awkward.
Oh, my. I could spin so much naughtiness off this one line. So much. Particularly when Scarlett Johansson is involved. But I won't, because I'm a lady, I tell you, a lady.
That's my story, anyway, and I'm sticking to it. As opposed to sticking to the couch.
rosenatti: trust me, I had to dial back the naughtiness factor to nil myself while posting, as I fancy myself a gent. But yes, I understand what you're saying.
Queen Latifa is voluptuous. Oprah is voluptuous. Drew Barrymore is nearly voluptuous.
Scarlett is NOT voluptuous.
you know what!! With the shape of that sofa it's hard to dial up the naughty thoughts even without the idea of sitting on Scarlett's curves. ... K.. I just had to get it out.
i meant dial down :/ that banana of a couch really messed with me!!
I honestly too thought of scarlett, before the jump and picture. weird. I think it might also be the color and the red pillows... maybe the way she often suffocates her boobs to get them hitting her chin?
"Gander a guess"? Seriously?
Also: Scarlett Johanssen, voluptuous? Seriously?
You can take a gander, or take a guess, but they don't mean the same thing. Taking a gander means taking a look. "Gander a guess" is just absurd. And Scarlett looks curvy there only because, erm, her whole body is curved into an S-shape because of how she's sitting.
I think she has more curves than most Hollywood celebrities.
Queen Latifa and Oprah are more Rubenesque, I don't consider that to be the same thing as voluptuous.
Maybe "tender a guess"?
Looking at that picture, I think the more important issue is why Scarlett Johansson has replaced her hair with my grandmother's.
I was thinking PeeWee Herman
uhh... queen latifah and oprah are FAT
