The NerdCart

Jared has a lot of home electronics gear. Enough that it was enough of an issue between him and his wife to do something about it. And from this common dilemma was born The NerdCart, a mobile converted tool cart that now houses all of Jared's home entertainment gear, all ready to simply plug-in with an attached power strip…

When my wife got sick of my game consoles and other electronics cluttering up our tiny apartment, I needed to get them out of her way but still have them accessible. Thus, the NerdCart was born. I repurposed a tool cart to tidily hold my gaming setup, and now I can wheel my hobby behind closed doors and be ready to go by plugging in just one power strip.

Jared is offering the NerdCart as a custom built product to order. The idea of being able to hide away tech clutter is always appealing, though we ideally would like a cart that looks like the BoConcept cocktail cart, partnered with an Apple LED 24" display, Mac mini and a PS3 for a more sleek, decor complementing appeal. We're fancy like that.
