Because we can't blog the crap out of Time Out NY's newest issue yet, we're simply issuing a shout-out that it's on the stands and featuring a subject that seems to be growing like the plague. Hopefully "Eco Friendly Home Design: Big Ideas for Small Spaces" will add more to the conversation. We're certainly going to check it out.
What will be most interesting to us is how TONY handles the Eco Part. This, more than anything right now, is the burning issue (no pun intended). In the past week there have been no less than three major articles on global warming and rising tides:
New Climate Model Highlights Arctic's Vulnerability [NYTimes]
Climate Study Warns of Warming and Losses of Arctic Tundra [NYTimes]
Calling the Ocean's Bluff [NYTimes]
It's certainly time to get creative.

It seems that when the subject of small-scale living comes up, the general media plays catch-up to Apartment Therapy! One of the interiors featured was Sarah's shown here many months back ("The Inside Out: Sarah's Walled & Windowed Oasis"), shown in TONY in gorgeous new photos by talented Andrew Bordwin.
And the stores reviewed are the AT-familiar places like Tiny Living and APT.
You GO, MGR!
What a treat it is to hop on ApartmentTherapy to see great images, pick up some ideas, and find out what other (real) people are doing with their spaces! MGR - you really do a great job.
